So I just joined the Hopeless Romantics group. After reading a thread about a 200 year old love letter it made me think about the things I've done throughout my life, my past loves and how they've changed me. I've kept a small journal in facebook notes but always kept it private. I've decided that as time goes by I'll be taking excerpts and posting them here.
I wrote this after High School. After going through a couple relationships and being single for a few months I really wanted to take a step back to define what I knew I needed. Taking bits and pieces of every passionate moment I had experienced then bring it all together. So here goes..
The Woman I'll Mary:
I've seen glimpses of her true self. I can't quite put my finger on her just yet..Although I do know she's smart, funny, caring, and always smiling in the memories I have of her; loves anything that is mildly cute and loves to share it too. She'll surrender her heart completely to me because she knows I'll take care of her until I die. I can't make out her name, her face, or her style.. I just know she'll be all mine and want to be nowhere else but by my side. She is the one I'll do anything for.
