However, to really even "hope" for my desire for that right to be fully exercised, I have to push the agenda of nudist equality and the idea that "nude is not rude." Not just nude, ultimately, but the idea that the human body is not sinful at all. Consequently, I also advocate for top-free equality, body acceptance, and body positivity. I also push for a condemnation of the textiles industry, the cost of clothing being ridiculous among many name brands.

....and I mean really letting it all out, is like shitting your pants in public. Sure, you feel better not having to hold it in any longer, but embarrassed at the same time.
Of course, it only helps to a degree. The root cause must be taken care, or else your bound to repeat the cathartic episode.
