Well I got my promotion, but the payrise that came with it was a measly 800 a year.

Yearly promotions and payrises are coming up this week, won't know till friday what I have got.
I got a damn fine appraisal so if I don't get a promotion and decent payrise I am leaving.

Okay so my left ear is now up to 10mm, thus making my last post obsolete.

Yes, a lot of friends. Only pointing and laughing while the doors are open so I have somehwere to run to if things get nasty would probably also be good.
So I survived my weekend at my exes place, yay.
Plus this weekend, also got my left nipple pierced and my left ear pierced again, gonna start stretching that one in about a month (the old one is at 8mm now)

It's a common male problem that many of us girls dont understand. When you like a guy you have to tell him. No amount of hint dropping works. Or in the case of one of my ex's he thought I was flirting with him for a bet.
The only problem with being up front about liking someone is if you accidentally get him at the wrong moment and he tells you to F off. Us girls have fragile egos too.

My best advice is to stop looking. I always find that gorgeous blokes always appear out of the blue, usually when I'm in the local with no make-up and my grottiest pants on. Its a combination that men seem to find subconsciously irresistable cos when I make an effort I always crash and burn on the man front.
