) we kind of just want a low key area. Not in the city, maybe in a woods area or open field with land.
With not too many neighbors around. If there were neighbors they'd be a little further away than the average walking next door type of thing.
And at least up to an hour away from Denver in case we want to venture off for the day downtown.
More searching for a house to rent rather than an apartment or townhome because we really dont want to have any neighbors next to us.
Ive vacationed in aspen before and it was beautiful. Colorado seems like a beautiful place to be with nature.

Well lets see. How much do materials cost and time put into said project? Then you have to account for shipping if you offer such a thing? Personally I would say 300 + but that is just me.
