Dinner party.
Well I entertained tonight for the first time in a while, had some work friends over for a meal, so heres a few pics of the food I prepared.

Salmon with lemon mustard butter sauce on a bed of rocket
Breaded brie and redcurrent on a bed of rocket
Main
Pork Tenderloins, on focaccia bread served with buttered parsley new potatoes, caramalized pienapple and bell peppers, sweet baby carrots and beans. with a creamy cider sauce.
Desert
chocolate amaratti trifle
summer pudding.
