I can't believe nobody else has commented on this article. If you are deeply depressed and terminally bitter, the best thing you can do for yourself is to find some of this guy's work. It won't make you feel any better, but you *will* know that you're not the only person out there who is just as far beyond the point of no return. In addition to that, the art work itself is wonderful; very spare, clean lines, elegant. This guy deserves a wider audience, but having met the man once, I'm quite positive attention is the last thing he wants.

I saw Lisa at the DC book show. Dame Darcy was also there; I wrote to, and bought stuff from, both of them a lot over the 1990s.
Lisa was not kidding about the tour; people performed parts of the book (her life story). At the show I went to, it was the scene where she cuts herself in Costes's Paris apartment. The blood special-effects were provided by Heinz; I've never been in a room that just REEKED of ketchup before. I believe Darcy played the spirit of death, or a ghost, or something. The guy playing Costes had a superb French accent.

Fucking brilliant interview with Peter Chung. The fact that you gave him a chance to say how much the new Aeon Flux movie sucks without really saying it, and all without really asking him how he felt about it, makes it my favorite out of all your interviews.

If you teach classes on how to be cool enough to hang out with the most interesting people on the planet and get paid for it, please, sign me up.

I got a chance to interview ross and Dick at the SF bottom of the hill they riocked a few years ago! and i saw them in 81? at the stone in sf.

I agree, HMW, for the most part. I first say Felicity on Sports Night when a friend was exposing me to pre-West Wing Aaron Sorkin writing. She was fantastic on that show and brought it all with her for DH.

As for wicked hot, it's a weird subjectivity for me. For me, she's one of the least physically attractive leads on DH (what can I say - most blondes don't do it for me), but she's by far the best actress and the one I'd most like to carry on a conversation with. So for a given value of "wicked hot" where WH = looks * talent * humanity, I'm in total agreement.

I saw this movie for the first time Saturday and had to run back today to see it again.. The movie is amazing and Felecity is a fantastice this movie is what movies should be new, original funny sad all rolled u into one...
