Wow, it seems lke I've been off SG for an eternity! How the hell is everyone? Great, I hope! I'm starting to feel like a human being again, and that's always conducive to having a meaningful life

So who's got big summer plans? I know Chalko and his lady are going camping soon. I'm trying so hard to motivate to go climb, but I'm just not feeling it. I'd reather go running, which is insane...I never thought I'd hear myself say that. It's just so simple...run...it's very zen, but so is climbing. So, I really hope everyone is well and that the week's gone ok. I'm in the process of finishing a few errands before I hit the Boulder Rec with Max...oh I love the sauna there. On tuesday it was so hot, and after training hard I thought I was going to puke in that lovely wooden box . I really like that sensation.... when your ears ring, then Anyways, I'm off.
