Three day weekend coming up looking forward to relaxing and getting some me time after mothersday of course.
The day goes on and on a never ending circle "hi, how are, what can I get for you today, tall latte, grande mocha, venti cappuccino. It's the same till she walks in glowing in the bright morning light. The barista robot shuts down I come alive. I flex away the false perma smile and try to shine her with my genuine delight. In her innocence she does not see the change does not sense the sentience that come alive. I cannot remove my gaze from her. Can she feel my prayers long and silent. For anything as lovely as she must be a one of the great goddesses. She smiles and thanks me our fingertips touching slighty as I hand her the drink I have pour my soul into. In that instant of a touch I feel complete and forever warm. Then she waves goodbye and silently departs leaving me alone with the gathering darkness.

as for the woman, i agree:
by describing her i would rob her perfection from the world.
it may irritate some that she remains a mystery, but its mystery grants her such a fascinating allure.
