My manager is making my life an absolutely living hell. Anything I've ever done wrong is held against me. He stops talking to me because he's mad at me which makes doing my job absolutely impossible. I am trying to find a new job but its not looking very good. I pretty much have to stick it out until I get a car. I always feel like I do everything wrong but my coworker, who literally slacks off on his job, does everything right. I swear it's almost like it's a boys club, and I'm getting fucked because I'm chick.

I don't know what to do anymore.
