Sooooo; recovering from flu - albeit it makes my minimal, one-sided hearing slightly worse coz I'm all bunged up ;-( BUT, the snow has finally all gone and life is getting back to normal again.
Need some new clothes, but loathed to risk the insanity that is UK shops post-Christmas (aka "THE SALES"!) May sneak in early tomorrow, and hope the crowds are running late...

you need a personal nurse! do you at least have herbal tea and fruits at home? fresh lemons? when the flu or the sniffles get me then hot lemonade is my choice of treatment....boil a cup of water, then squeeze out one full lemon and add natural sweetener or the less good thing some sugar to it. then drink it, but be careful, not to burn your mouth

I have lots of fruit here, my darling. I am a very healthy eater - not because i am clever or anything, but because it is my diet of choice. Always been a fish, fresh veg. and lots of fruit person. My eldest daughter is a vegan, so I had to learn how to cook food that she could eat as well.
Have camped out on the sofa in front room, watching old films and drinking lots of hot drinks - I have herbal teas, etc. Thanks for caring though, my darling, lovely girl. xxx

Sorry Silly; I am being very silly - I meant that I was in no fit state last night to blog, as I had had a fair few drinks AFTER work at a meal with friends and co-workers. I NEVER ever drink in work, i have far too much respect for the people I work with for that, my darling.
