I'm watching a new puppy for a few days. Someone was driving along and they saw an arm stick out the driver's side window of the truck in front of him. The unknown driver dropped the puppy on the street while driving. It tumbled off into the ditch. The little guy is a little skinned up, but not seriously hurt.
