we spent the weekend with the family. it is always nice to escape and get out of the city. run around the huge yard...shooting off the bb gun...swinging from the tree...lounging in the hammock...water fights...archery...badminton...it's always a family affair too bad it was storming so badly on saturday tho! grandpa and my husband made the fireworks happen tho! the kids were going nuts! they liked it even more that going to see a huge firework show! haha...

anyway...i'm starting a new chapter in my life. switching from personal training in a fancy gym to independent training doing in-home as well as training out of a private studio. i have to make this work! i can't handle being under a corporate umbrella...it's so suppressive in the health and fitness industry. now my main focus can be helping people instead of worrying about this huge sales goal each month! of course i need to make money, but i can do it my way! it makes me so sad that this industry in general, cares more about the $ then anything else. greed has everything to do with it. ah - capitalism
