Have you ever met someone you instantly clicked with? Someone who feels like they are made of the same clay as you, and weathered and tarnished by the same forces? This weekend was spent with my "new best friend" ClearBrightFire yaaay! Its like finding out your not the only member of your species. She is certainly one of very few truely good things that has ever come into my life.

So today I was asleep until 4pm (I really gotta go to the doctors about this damn hypersomnia) and I had the weirdest dream. I was standing alone on the beach, wind tussling my hair. And in the distance there were lots of people walking into the sea, like Lemmings. I tried to move, to get closer to the crowds but I couldn't. I was rooted to the spot.

I reckon this is just a product of my on going feelings of alienation, and my frustrated beliefs that humanity is on a path to self destruction, and I, despite being a knowing observer, cannot save the world from its doomed path. Have I given up hope and become and misanthropist?
