sssooo.... nothing too exciting has been happening lately... made pretty good money this weeken (btw new haven people, i work at the catwalk wednsday and friday from 4-midnightish and saturday 10-5am urgh so come in and make my night a little better) Being a stripper, sorry *dancer* isn't that bad, except when guys treat you like a prostitute, or try touching or licking me while i give them a lapdance (stripclub ettiquette, that's a big no-no and the bouncer will have to have words with you) oh yeah, and i am not used to staying up til five, having bruises all over my body from writhing around on the hard floor, wearing enormous stripper shoes (unbelievably many guys tell me they find those tacky things sexy), and shaving all my body hair, which i hate to break it to ya'll i think is gross. Anyway, that's why i'm an amateur and everybody tells me i look like an amateur onstage. oh fuckin well, as if this is my profession. don't get me wrong, much love to all the ladies out there doing this b'cuz everyone thinks a certain way about you and you don't need to justify yourselves to anyone. btw. babydonut also works most nights with me, so be sure to check her out too. if you have lots of money you can see us go at it in the VIP room.
Anyway, enough work talk.... i miss amsterdam and am so torn cuz i allowed this beautiful, innocent dutch boy to totally fall in love with me but i've been super involved/inlove with somebody else for years, unfortunately, he just lives in SF right now and there's no way he's coming back to NYC for me again... but now dutchie wants to come here to visit me and i have to really break it to him, although he already pretty much knows, that i have serious feelings for somebody else... man, if you want my advice guys, don't fall in love with girls who explictly tell you not to fall in love with them... anyway, i'll probably make a trip out to san fran at the beginning of august... i would love to get together with the west coast SG's in the area... i'll post that on the SGSF group i guess whenever i get my ticket.
In other news, i'm reading this awesome memoir by Alice Sebold about being brutally raped in a park as a college freshman and the subsequent changes in her life. i'm adding it to my favorite books even though i'm not done reading it.
