I've defintaely fallen into a good group of people here...i only hope i haven't begun to grate on their nerves yet. Me and two other girls are looking to open our own place...very, very exciting!!
School started this week and it looks like it will be very cool. One of the classes is SO interesting...its called "Experiencing Differences" and its all about gender and ethnicity and how socially constructed ideas of these things come from power relationships...and its very cool and POMO so I understand everything. But alot of the students are really boring, really typical American students and, I'm sorry to say, annoy the hell outta me...but they're so normal and plain, I can tell and they all think I'm really weird, so its an interesting experience. But I think academically I'm gonna LOVE IT.
In other news, I really need to find myself a sexy european lover...shouldn't be too hard, but I'm picky, an unfortunately for me, still somewhat occupied with my reluctant crush in NYC.
