Not sure I have all that much to say, but this week has been the first in a long time that I've had time to sit down and catch up with silly things like housework and actually getting online. I'm working far too hard, both in and out of job. I'm frighteningly focused on where I'm going, wherever that may be.
Personal life has also taken a bit of a sideways shift. Decided I had to face facts and be responsible. I feel better for it, but only because things are now straight. Don't want to go in to details on this one, but suffice it to say ending relationships is never fun.
The news: I think I want to stop watching it and live in a happy little bubble somewhere were nothing nasty ever happens. Anyone get the impression that if a hurricane had hit washington the reaction might have been just a lil bit quicker? There seem to be charming people setting fire to buildings housing poor immigrants in paris. Oh, and Iraq Iraq Iraq... Where to even start.
All this while Bush sits smugly in the knowledge that he is better than the french becase "they don't even have their own word for 'entrepeneur'"
