Well it kind of sucks because I took off work this weekend so that we could start filming my friends movie, but one of the other cast members cancelled at the last minute...I have been really geared up to start filming, I really need to do something with all my penned up creative energy, something besides work and school. I guess I cant complain I did have a nice day off, and started on my Christmas shopping.

Just watched the movie Dogville the other night, and Ive been trying to sort out what I think about the movie all day...I really like Lars Von Trier, he definitely plays around with philosophy about the human condition in all his films...but something bothered me about this one, I had the feeling that it almost applies to the war against terror, which is scary because the movie almost advocates that with power comes the responsibility to destroy evil in the world, which of course leaves the problem of perspectives on what evil is...Ill have to keep sorting it out...on a lighter note, I keep liking Nicole Kidman more and more as an actress, she did some great work in this film.
