Ever have something happen that seems like a total let down at first but then after thought about really isn't all that bad?

Well looks like the bestie and I won't be making it to Hell City after all. Definitely wanted to be there to see some of the girls, maybe score some more ink, and to meet a few of you guys! But the more I think about it, I'm seeing that maybe just a weekend off of both jobs will be a lil slice of heaven as well. I already know there are some responsible things, like going to see my dentist, that I have to do buuuut...I'm also going to pamper myself a lil. I think I deserve it ;-)

I vow to make more of an effort to get on here more often to talk with all of you; my sincerest apologies.
