Sg Customer service is really… lacking 😔 I’ve been a member since 2019, on the “legacy” pricing. My annual renewal came up, my card declined it as suspicious, I authorized it and emailed SG asking them to re attempt the charge. 2 weeks go by no reply after multiple attempts. Finally I just caved and renewed at the New price, just annoying something that wasn’t my fault bounced me out of the price I was supposedly locked in at…. At least email me back and say sorry nothing can be done not just ignore me wow.
