i've been in a 7 year relationship before... sex with a new person after that can be scary for sure. Maybe if you just take charge and make the move, she'll be down? That way she doesn't have time to be nervous about it.

I very much agree with Neeeeon. Willingness to take your time is good for everyone and allows time to heal from old wounds, but sometimes people need help tearing off the bandage.
