Long night. Unexpected late evenings always make me wonder if it was worth it or if staying at home would have been the wiser choice. There is something unsettling yet somewhat beautiful about walking home as the morning trains start running, traffic begins and garbage trucks finish with a royal blue sky.
Hung out with Jayne tonight, which was lovely as always. We giggled as a swarm of 'happening people' strolled into my bar followed mysteriously by The Vines and sure enough a lil' while later ,once they had left, the bar was empty and after parties began. I chose to venture to such parties. An unusual decision for me. Allright time, still quite tired of Portland and people in general. I feel so left out and jaded but I am actually allright with that. I just need to focus and try and find some motivation for now. Now sleep, I love sleep when it comes in a kind manner.
