*New Candids-as a visual aid for my current whining fest*
It is damn cold in my apartment. Space heaters make me nervous but I am looking into one today. I am hoping to get better shifts at work so I can cave into the evil Gas company and get my heat back. My current traveling season is over so hopefully I won't be so poor. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
*space heaters were sold out all around my neighborhood. I can see my breath in my apartment...lovely.

I think one of my three favorite winter memories is from last year. It was the coldest winter we had had in about three years, and out water ehater died and it was going to be at least three weeks before the part would get here... it was so nice, having to layer up and always have sweaters on, and always be snuggling with hosue mates, and always be under blankets... And it made having a cup of fresh coffee ready for my partner as they woke up that much nicer.
