do people just take turns breaking each others hearts? I broke my ex's heart... so now that i'm falling he's not going to give me his and break mine in this process? starting to seem that way. SO next up is me breaking someones heart. i'm sick of this. why can't we all be happy?

There is one important truth we often lose sight of. I'm guilty of it too. Each of us is responsible for our own happiness. Others may play a role, but we retain the responsibility. If you can, take 5-10 minutes completely for yourself today. Staring out the window - a cup of coffee and watching people - whatever it is that you enjoy and think is frivolous or not worth the time - do it today for just a few minutes.
