Insomnia is back with a vengeance.
Up until 4am. Had a few hours sleep and here I am again at 12:20am
Hopefully I can sort all the woes that keep me awake at night this week.

Same for me last night. Awake pretty much all night, felt awful this morning dragging myself to the gym, wasn't the best idea. Then went out on the motorbike all day. If I don't sleep tonight I think I'll cry!
