So I am not doing NYE. It's always so overrated. I shall be staying in and watching tv like I mean it.
I have been out in Swindon my ridiculous home town a few times over Christmas and have come to the conclusion that I do not fit in here. I'm not sure where I am meant to be but one day I hope to find out. I'll stay here until my degree is complete then hopefully a new career in a new place awaits me.
I am one year and one day sober today. It kinda freaks people out that I dont drink. They either think I am a massive alcoholic who is about to fall off the wagon at any point. Or they just don't understand and try and make me drink. Bat staff are the most confused and don't really get thy I just want an orange juice. "With what?" Is a favourite question of theirs. The truth is I don't drink for medical reasons. Boring ain't it.

Yea, we'll be staying in as well, probably watching a movie until we fall asleep on the couch. Us old folks have to rest our aching bodies.
