Got my first real break through with the Chicago job/visa hunt on Friday. Keep your fingers crossed for me!
First thing Monday morning I'll be arranging a phone interview with a management / marketing consultancy ... I'm hoping this is just the start, and all the companies will start coming out to play now!
Weekend was quiet and I was sick, but i'm just about wetting my pants with excitement that someone is interested in hiring me over there!!

Even if you did have to do an internship, at least you know some people over here, so it won't be as difficult for you. And honestly, I had the best time when I was doing my internship and working a crappy mall job. My second day at my internship, I helped remove a golf ball-sized cyst from the back of some guy's head. Good times.
