... it's just like that game you play in school, I'm going on a picnic, where you'd start with the first letter of the alphabet and you'd say I'm going on a picnic and I'm going to bring and you name something you'd bring to a picnic starting with A, and then it would go to the next person and they would say I'm going on a picnic and I'm going to bring and they'd repeat your thing starting with A and then go onto name something starting with B, and then to the next person who'd name A, B and add a C, and, repeat, repeat, and so on, and so on ...

I'm going to watch the end of the world, and I'm going to bring, an avalanche, a burning city, a country filled with confusion, a determined yet misinformed leader, an ego crushed by failure, forty screaming Christians and Catholics all praying they were ones who were right, the ghost of my childhood, hot chocolate, indecision, Justine who never knew the rules, a killer hangover from the night before, little hope for the future, marshmallows (for the hot chocolate and fire), no regrets, an obsession, a permanent sense of fear and dread, the quiet, roller-blades, Still as a soundtrack, Toby, an umbrella-ella-ella, other versions of the truth, a bottle of water, my own xanthodont xenagogue, you all, and zero sense of accomplishment.
