where to begin?

I updated my myspace page and it took awhile so now I'm tired of typing.

Alot has happened in the last few days to totally change the way I feel about things in my life and people in my life.

I just need a break.

Nothing I've been doing in this last year has really been healthy.. with a couple exceptions.

Today I did some heavy lifting (which my doc instructed me NOT to do) and now I feel really weak and I'm in immense pain. I think I need to go to the hospital. My health is not so good.

I was really heartbroken last night and it kind of came out of nowhere... it just made me realize alot of things today.

I don't want to hurt anymore. Emotionally OR physically. eck. i should probably sleep.
