So far I am doing great on my resolutions. One of my New Years resolutions is to stop drinking. Not that I am a huge drinker or anything like that but recently I haven't been feeling the greatest with my body and I wanted to start with something small and achievable. I am also trying to loose weight. During the pandemic last year I gained so much that nothing was fitting anymore so I decided to stop over eating when my anxiety hits. and eat smaller meals. So far so good I have to say!
