The rumors are true, and many of the students at Miami, even the intelligent ones (i.e., those who get good marks), are rather stupid. I used to condemn the men more than the women, but no more, they are perfect for one another. It is like a costume show, where people walk about as if they are trying to be the photographs in the J. Crew Catalogue. Couldnt they at least pick a better catalog, or perhaps, a fashion magazine? Though I certainly dont want to say that the superficiality runs skin deep, it goes to the core. One of the only student populations that dreams of a return to the suburbs; who could have imagined? I love Front 242, cant really get enough of them; but my speakers dont go loud enough. I really wish I were partying at Outland tonight, or some other venue with decent music, and more interesting folks. Oh, vetting, this will probably happen at least weekly, if not bi-weekly.
