My wounds from my bike accident are already COMPLETELY healed.. as in.. you can't even tell I got cut. A co-worker asked me today if I had makeup on, because he couldn't believe how fast I healed.

The new Jack Johnson album makes me want to sit on Gold Beach drinking coconut cocktails with all of my good friends and stoking a fire as the sun sets across the water.
