Carpet is definitely NOT the best thing to try inversions on. I did a half scorpion because I almost broke my neck when I did the full.

So instead of writing a speech tonight, I put something together out of all the stuff I've written on my website journal.. It might be a bit abstract for the class, but I'm sure to get an A.
