I walked across the Burnside Bridge singing aloud to myself as I watched the cars roll by and the lights from downtown reflecting off the river. It's really the simple things that make me the happiest.. not money, not travel, not anything really, other than living in that moment. I'm perpetually stuck on love songs, even when I'm not in love, but I prefer the more melancholy ones to anything else... and even though I can sing, and actually have a voice for it, I wait till no one is around before I do. It's kind of a ritual of mine if I'm walking somewhere.. constantly singing.
