In 1993, a Christian radio company made an order for a good amount of motivational/spiritual guidence CDs from an indisclosed CD factory. The CDs, though, were missmarked. You see, the CDs that were actually sent out to thousands of Christian radio stations and subsequent programs was Fresh Fruit for Rotting Vegitables by the Dead Kennedys. The Christian radio company UNFORTUNATELY caught the mistake, but some stations didn't get the news fast enough...
