In the time that has passed since my last blog just a few minor changes have developed. The parents visited and took the dog with them when they left. I was sick for most of last week with a head cold. I just recently expanded our cable service as I promised I would. I missed the opening preseason game but that is not a big deal. Although sometime this week I have to visit the main office to switch out the digital cable box due to ours not functioning properly. The program guide refuses to show and I do not have access to all the channels I ordered.
Last week I took my brother to the local gun range and honed our pistol skills a little. It had been several months since I had fired my guns though my aim is not great it was not as bad as I had feared. I was able to put a decent amount into the red circle at 50ft with my S&W Sigma .40, Walther P22 and the Springfield XD 9mm I rented there. I look forward to future visits.
