Mega sigh...
Tonight, Gator the pit bull caught a rabbit. A huge adult rabbit at that. Rusty, the basset hound, stole the rabbit from Gator and is now eating it. I tried for about 15 minutes to get it out of his mouth, but I believe the only way I can do that is if I kick him, and I'm not doing that to him, but I have no problem letting Rusty sleep outside in the cold for this, nor do I have a problem with having Gator sleep in his cage for the entire night.
I don't know why I mind this so much. I have no problem when my cats kill the rabbits around my house, even though they do it in the cruelest way. Maybe it's because they usually leave me the head as a gift. It bothers me a lot now that the dogs are now taking part in this activity.
And because cat's don't bother me when they do that, this girl is sitting on my lap. Her name is Scribble and she is my goddess.
