Yay! I'm packing and getting ready to leave for Savannah.

I leave sometime later on today and I won't be back for about a week. I might be able to update a little down there, 'cause my friend that I'm staying with might need a porn fix, but I wouldn't count on it. I'll make sure to have fun and all that junk.
My favorite picture of myself...
It's my senior picture and a little old, but it's still my favorite. I call it my Domestic Goddess picture, yet the only domestic things that I do are knit and cook fried rice, pizza, and PBJ. Anything else and I fuck up horribly or tastes disgusting, so I don't try anymore.
I'm tired now because I put in a good 6 hours of lineage ii tonight. Those L2 binges should be stopping soon snice I got a job at another movie theatre! WOOO! I can't wait until I become the Projection Room Slut again!
Speaking of movies, I saw a coupleof them the other day. I'll start off with Be Cool, with John Travolta and Uma Thurman. A lot of tongue in cheek humor, and a stolen scene from Pulp Fiction (finally someone is stealing from Tarantino!...well, not really...). It was cute, but not the best.
I also saw Shaun of the Dead. It was funny, but I did have some problems with it (i.e. trying too hard to be funny at times), but I did love the ending. It brought up things that I never even thought about before, such as zombie hunting as a sport, like deer hunting. We can have seasons for it and everything! It's too bad that I'd only kill zombies with a machete though...Because blades don't need reloading. Plus I have poor aim.
The last movie I saw was 2001: Space Odyssey. It was horrible. The most slow moving plot I think I've ever seen, and it had character development for the wrong fucking people. The movie, which is 2 hours and 10 minutes, had about a half hour of people actually talking and interacting with each other (at most!) and that was it. The rest of the film was slow moving space craft, scenes that could have been shortened, or taken out, and bright flashing lights (well...that was at the ending, but who cares). When you could actually stand to look at the television, the special effects were amazing for 1968, but that's about all I enjoyed about the movie. I understand that it's made for us to think about what will come next in our evolutionary process, and the slowness of the movie could be related to the isolation and slowness of space, but who the fuck wants to think about that after 2 hours and 10 fucking minutes of agony!? Now remember, I'm not bashing the book. I haven't read it yet, and I'm sure it's good. But the movie is horrible, never watch it unless you want something bad to happen to yourself.

i already had the misery of watching space odyssey a long time ago and i agree.im glad i watched it but i will never see it again. you do look like a goddess,very nice. have a fun trip

the book and the movie were written at the same time by the same person. they compliment eachother. so pretty much, insult one you insult the other.
