Hello hello..
I am in the land of corn once again..just got into Kansas tonight, and man, it feels fucking beautiful to be back "home". First thing I did was go get my best friend, the most amazing woman ever, and we went to my favorite and sat outside. I only had one drink, which, believe me, is amazing. Oh, god, there are so many good shows in this little town in the middle of nowhere. I just saw a great fucking band, Garuda, they're touring with Bread and Water, so if you see a flier with that name on it, GO SEE THE SHOW!! Fuck, it's been so long since I was blown away by a band at a house show..Im counting the days until Skarp gets here, that's going to be rad.
So, I dont think Ive ever talked about it, but I have the most amazing family..I have four sisters, all related by one parent, and a fifth one on the way. One is Austrian-American, two are African-American, and one (soon to be two)is Asian-American. That's truly what the "american family" represents to me. I dont know, Im so incredibly lucky to have such wonderful people to share DNA with..My brain's sore, time for some sleep..

Picked up the first book in the "trilogy" Bloodsucking Fiends, thanks to this interview, I must say I'm really enjoying it. Funny as hell.

All of his books are quite captivating tell you the truth bite me was a lil bit of a let down but its awesome how even with the changes of the years from when he wrote some of his books he still keeps the essence of his work as if time does not matter aka he has the style of a timeless writer
