YEAH!!!! I got my new double bass pedal... It is soooooooooo fucking rad.... Getting new toys for my drums is always exciting.... That, and my monkey is back in town.... hee hee. 
Is it summer yet? Never feels like summer in the northwest, but I suppose I'm just used to summers in Kansas, it gets so god damn fucking hot there... feels like melting.... I kind of miss it, even though it's miserable when you're actually walking around in it. I can't wait to go camping, we want to go to a hot springs....

You play drums?!? That's so awesome. It's so rare to see a female drummer anymore. How long have you been playing? What kind of double bass pedal did you get? I've been playing for about eight years and just started playing double bass last year. It's difficult trying to get my left foot to do anything but sit there like a rock. Have fun with your new toy
