Rear ended
I wish this was some sort of sexy talk but it's not...my poor car, MOOT, got herself rear ended...poor girl..
the other motorist was not insured...I have liability but I do have something that covers me if the other motorist is UNINSURED...like this one was. My deductible is 250.00 and they would go after the person who it me for the repair...fairly straightforward if you ask me.
The Owner of the car, not the person who hit me, called my insurance and told them he would take care of my expenses.
1. I'm glad he's taking full responsibility
2. I wish he would let me deal with my insurance myself
3. If she wasn't insured your girlfriend should not have been driving your damned car.
4. If the repair that you pay to have made isn't up to spec with my insurance and I'm in another accident I'm liable for anything that may go wrong with the repair as it was not overseen by my insurance.
5. STOP FUCKING CALLING ME!
6. I had mcdonalds for dinner...the cherry pie helped.
