Revenge of the fallen- WARNING - Spoilers
Ok so I saw it...yeah I did...Over all in general it's a good movie, not great...certainly better than the first one by leaps and bounds, but then there's A lot of confusion as to exactly HOW many Autobots and Decepticons are on earth.
I hate when they make movie trailers and then the scene in the trailer isn't in the movie...this happened with Transformers 2. Happened with the first Hellboy movie...ended up finding the scene in the deleted scenes section of the DVD.. but this is what happens when we get trailers before the final cut...we get a snippet of something we won't see...
Breaking it down by Characters:
-Sam and Mikaela - Much better story for these two their constant struggle to be in love is wonderful..and their chemistry is completely believable.
-Lennox and Epps (two military guys) were great their rolls weren't as big as they were in the first movie, we aren't dealing with split story lines that come together this time ...this is a BIG movie with ONE central plot line. I Wish their roles were more Prominent ...this NEST group they are running ..fine..but they need to have higher rank or something. I dunno but ....something is wrong with where they are...there should have been reference to Lennox's family ...his wife and daughter were drive in the first move, and now it's just a day at the office? and Epps? He's just some military guy with no story.
-Bumblebee - Never speaks...well he does with his radio, and I think he had the best mix of vocals ever..Forrest Gump as even in there, and it worked. He makes a lot of good points and I think he has a genuine depth of emotion.
-Optimus Prime - I think Optimus was in a good position on earth and was VERY appropriate in his actions and words. "If you wish us to leave than we will leave." willing not to do anymore damage to humanity. I think He's got a solid relationship with Lennox and epps and respect too. Epps gets a bit ticked off and storms off. Optimus points at him and pretty much tells him to chill out and I laughed my butt off.
-the twins - Ok I didn't think they were AS BAD as a racial stereo type as people said...they were YOUNG bots...they weren't illiterate ..they just couldn't read the language Sam was seeing in his head...it was TOO OLD for them to know the meaning...honestly if I gave you a sheet of Anchient text could you read it? most likely not. Theywere bickering brothers...and not as bad as people took them for.
-Volt - Fucking didn't know it was him till the end of the movie when ratchet says "VOLT HOOK HIM UP!" I didn't know who he was I never got a good look at him at all.
-Ratchet - Alright he's in it a few times, he's certainly less of a medic and more of a combat fighter...he didn't fix anyone in EITHER movie...
-Ironhide - Seemed to take a LEADERSHIP roll but he didn't have a lot of screen time.
-ARCEE/CHROMIA/MOONRACER - they work as a hive mind, three robots in tandem..I would like it alot better if I thought it was cool..Chromia and Ironhide are close I wouldn't want my sisters to read my thoughts when I'm trying to have alone time with the bot of my dreams. Arcee was voiced by susan blu I'm pretty sure ..at first I couldn't tell ..but near the end she says "I have sam!" when she finds sam and it sounds like Blu without a doubt. but FUCK YES FEMME BOTS!
-Sideswipe - Like volt they never actually tell you his name. his roll is small at anything he's a money shot car. Most of them were.
-Jetstorm - an old Decepticon seeker that's been sleeping the smithsonian ..he's an sr71 blackbird. He is awoken ...and covered in decepticon markings and makes everyone freak out "I'm no decepticon I sided with the Autobots...It's a CHOICE." his statement about it being a choice is wonderful and he is such a well rounded character ..so very noble ...at the end he gives the greatest sacrifice for his Faith..and this belief. He reaches into his own body and rips out a space bridge plasma dynamic thruster. This is inside his body...he opens a space-bridge within himself ..it's not a thing it's an action all most like a star trek teleporter without the pad. i do have an issue with an internal space bridge, but it's not awful. I LOVE jetstrom he'll be the only toy I get I think.
-Megatron - were you really needed at all?
-Starscream -FUCK YES Charlie adler with a part. He was great ..he did take a protoform and drop it to the ground "the hatchlings are dying." it's neat to see the pod around him holding the protoforms.
-Grinder (Blackout)- you are saposta be dead scorpi rebuilt your remains in the dessert cause he can't have his main bot down? this is NOT blackout but a clone? The fuck!? apparently he's a different color with a different head.
<- this isn't stated in the movie this is after the fact stuff I found out 
-scorpinok and ravage- Scorpy was AWESOME..he only had this tail broke off he could be repaired and come back ..and he did..Ravage was awesome ..especially when he put his mouth on that pipe thing and started to hack up little metal hairballs..I laughed my ass off..
-soundwave- OMG AWESOME! the fact he's merged himself with a satellite is awesome ..I think that's great
-the fallen- the story line for the first transformers was great...I thought it had problems he can only be defeated by a PRIME. This is like nutz. Optimus is the only PRIME left ..which means Prime is not a military ranking but a Mech Classification, I highly doubt there will be another movie, and doubt more that there will be characters with any sort of other classification I.E. Omega supreme OR ultra Magnus.
-wheelie- was cute ..and adorable but like barricade in the first movie, he vanished from the film and we don't know what happened to him at all.
-Problems with the film- Sam's' parents were just dumb this time, the last time they were well rounded parents and this time they were like immature and there was another dog? we don't need to see animals hump on the big screen. we didn't need to see little wheelie hump Mikaela's leg either...sam's roommate? idiot...didn't need him at all IMO......
-the pretender- that chick from the college that is a transformer with a hologram..she wasn't needed...what the hell..she was pointless...
-main military man on LENNOX and EPP'S side- He was on the soccent airforce base that was destroyed by blackout in the first movie Lennox's team was apparently NOT the only survivors.
all in all it was a great movie.
I would have pulled some shit out ..or done things differently ...there were too many robots without names to make it a decent film...really it was stoopid I spent too much time going "Who the hell is that?" and pointing then watching the plot...so I need to see it again...I have alot of things I need to look at..

Did we see the same film? Revenge of the Fallen was the most over inflated piece of Hollywood crap I've seen in years! Fireworks displays had more depth that this one.
