So I NEED to get away for a long weekend. Anyone want to provide me with a couch? I just need some time to get away from my life. Please. Goddess please bless me with strength. I need it right now.
So I just got back from counseling. I fucking hate therapy. I worked so hard to repress so much shit and all these fuckers want to do is bring it back to the surface. After a session I just want to curl up in bed and cry........or try to at least. I am so tired of having to "keep it all together" or "putting on a happy front" Its all bullshit. The fucking Army is ruining my marriage, my life. There is such a stigma around PTSD in the army, no fucking wonder why people don't seek the help that they need. So its left up to the families around the traumatized individual to try to help. How can you help someone when they refuse to believe that they need it. I am so fucking frustrated. I don't know how much more of this I can stand. I am only one person and a pretty weak one at that.
On another note, I tried out some new smokes and I really like them. For you smokers out there try the Camel Signature blends. The ones known as infused are awesome. This is from a die hard Marlboro MIlds fan. Well I am off to smoke a bowl and attempt to calm myself down.
