riverside, on 147th st near my apartment. i sketched it this morning, and now im waiting for the gesso on my canvas to dry before i go to paint it. not sure how i want to paint it yet....its 30" x 40. exciting

Wow that sketch is amazing, I really like the way you captured that and with pen, impressive. I can't draw for shit, I'm embarrassed to show my sketchbook to people because it's all chicken scratch and line drawings mapping out sculptures. I really need to hone my drawing skills. The problem for me is I hate to just DRAW because I hate how it starts and I get disgusted and stop. I need some one to learn me good! Oh art school save me!
