I have been baking obsessively lately.
I made homemade ginger oatmeal cookies and they ended up hard as rocks. HOWEVER, my cream biscuits came out AMAZING, and i've been gaining several pounds a day eating them.

baking is awsome..yeah i have a hard time not eating everything i bake for other people it sucks
