i have a question for any of you...

i'm seeing this guy from atlanta. i put up his picture in the pics section. he's really sweet and really awesome - i feel like i can really be myself around him... he's also going to help me move and is taking me to the richmond tattoo convention so i can get my sleeve in magazines (hopefully).

the thing is, he originally told me he was 21, and i didn't have a problem with that because i'm always dating younger guys (i just can't find anyone old that i'm interested in). but he called me last night to tell me he had been lying about his age. he's really 19 and won't be 20 until june.

so would it be weird if i kept seeing him although i'm 6 years his senior?

anyway, re the boy: play it as it lies... I've dated girls far younger than me and far older than me, though admittedly the max was 6 years. But that was probably a little different cos she was 30 and there's a bigger difference between 24 and 30, than 19 and 25. so on the one hand, go for it.

on the other hand, in my experience 19 year olds specifically are particullarly hard to deal with. maybe that year means so much extra growing up that it's hard for them to be stable. also, he did lie to you. if you can cover that ground and deal with that discretion, things can probably work out.

otherwise, you two look happy, and if it makes you happy ... it can't be that bad (yadda x 2)
