Once upon a time, I had a wonderful boyfriend who would do anything for me and that I loved with all of my heart and soul. On December 8, 2008 he was murdered whilst working out of town; he left a bar- three guys (two employees/ bouncers) and a patron followed him, jumped him, and killed him. It was one punch to the back of the neck that ended his life, but I feel all three are responsible.
The reason why they followed him? He tried to leave the bar with a beer and (I know this must be true, knowing him as I did, he was sassy) mouthed off a bit, threw away the beer, and left.
They left him for dead. The police found him hours larer, braindead, paralyzed and bleeding. Two days later he was removed off life support.
One asshat perpertrator has a trial set for August. The other two pussy motherfucking murderers took a plea bargain today.
Their sentence--UP TO TWO YEARS. Huh? Did I read that right? They BEAT someone to death. Oh, but they "didn't mean to." Their defenese was it was an accident. Did they really think something horrible wasn't going to happen- 3 against 1? He never stood a chance.
What the fuck is wrong with our judicial sysem? I am sickened to the deepest element of my being, and their ridiculous sentence is overshadowing my love and rememberance of HIM- the victim, the one who passed on.
Fuck you, Ross Spangler and Roynell Fuller. May you burn in hell after your less than two year sentence is up. Fuck you for robbing him from me, robbing a son from a mother and a father, robbing a brother from two beautiful younger sisters, and robbing him from the dozens of friends who loved him dearly.
I try to be postive about anything and everything, but this is jackassery. People go away for much longer for fucking WEED.
