Im re-hydrating all the time- fruit juices, veggie juices, water water water, herbal teas...it works wonders. Im a little head-achey maybe, but not disturbingly much so. So its all well and fine really. Although Im planning my first meals like a trip around the world, its insane really, but cooking gives me such an ultimate pleasure, it grounds me, centers me, connects me...
