It's been a long and busy week. Made it to the gym 2 whole times, and plan to go today as well...this is progress. Got my cholesterol and bone density checked at the company health fair and am in very good condition, to my amazement

We are hosting a show that usually has one musical guest, but this Friday we have a scaled back show and four musical guests. Dante's is not our regular venue, so we had to see about sound, video projectors, and stage set up.

It seems I'm always cleaning. Hopwever, its like dusting off a turd over here. If doing the dishes wasn't such a foreign concept to half of the residents here, maybe it wouldn't be so bad.
I've been getting back into the exercising again myself. My last year in grad school, plus having to work all the time, meant I had to take about a year off. If I push things, I'll probably strain something and get nowhere fast. My roommate has a crappy weight set. I'll use it until I think I'm in decent enough shape thatI won't kill myself at a gym.
