Get immunization records and other medical documents (Rx, blood type documentation, eyeglass Rx)
Obtain a letter of good standing (Bank and criminal record)
Create a personal inventory (account #, pin #, bank accounts, passport & visa, ssn, investment portfolio, customer service #s)
USE UP FOOD IN KITCHEN
Inform services: phone, netflix, auto insurance
Notify bank and arrange for money transfers
Notify social clubs
Send change of address/blog cards to friends
Obtain necessary medications
Bring relevant work documents and performance reviews
Close charge accounts and arrange to pay main acct from abroad
