My friend Kory got a call this past week... his stepdad was shot in the head. He isn't going to make it. He went back up to Dobson to be with his family for awhile. His little brother was there when it happened. *sigh*

My friend Chad is back in town because his grandfather is really sick and is probably going to die this week. Just alot of sadness right now it seems. Chad has been in Japan in the marines.

Miffy, Angel, and I were going to go to a car show this past Sunday but didn't get to go because Chad got called to the hospital. So we went to Uptown to walk around. We ended up going to Discovery Place and Tracey and Patrick met us there. Then we went to the movies with Chad and Curtis to see Pirates 2. We then headed over to Steak and Shake after that Curtis took Miffy and I "mudding" in his jeep. I have lived in the south my entire life and never had the desire to go "mudding", but Miffy really wanted to. She seemed to really enjoy it while I feared for my life O.o Ok, not really. I somewhat trust Curtis not to kill me. Hell, I'm going to let him drive me around on his motorcycle. I really want a motorcycle.

And now I sit here at work bored out of my mind. *sigh* Kory should be back in town this weekend and we are all getting up with Chad again. I want to see him as much as I can before he has to go back to Japan. Hell, I wish I could go to Japan ^_^ I've really missed him though.
